It started with one family's search for better care.
Synthesis Care began the way most home care stories do — with a family trying to keep someone they loved safe at home, and finding that the system made it harder than it had to be. Missed shifts. Care plans nobody read. Answers that depended on who happened to pick up the phone.
We built the company we wished we'd been able to hire: caregivers who are trained, supported, and paid fairly, backed by an operating platform that tracks every assessment, authorization, and visit in one place.
Today that platform — Guardian — runs our entire operation, from the first intake conversation through scheduling, verified visits, and compliance. It is why our families get straight answers, and why our caregivers walk in prepared.
